Welcome to Battery & Power Equipment Fleet LLC.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, services, and products. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services or purchasing any of our products.

By using our platform or requesting a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“The Company” or “We”: refers to Battery & Power Equipment Fleet LLC, registered in the Sultanate of Oman.

“The Customer” or “You”: any natural or legal person who requests products or services from the Company.

“Services”: include the supply and installation of batteries, solar energy systems, maintenance, consulting, and use of the digital platform and application.

“Products”: batteries, solar panels, inverters, and any other power equipment sold through the Company.

“The Platform”: the Company’s website and mobile application that connects customers with suppliers and service providers.

2. Scope of Services

The company acts as an aggregator and solutions provider, connecting clients with leading manufacturers and certified companies in the energy sector.

Our services include direct sales, installation, maintenance, and AI-powered technical consulting.

The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice, while remaining committed to fulfilling previously confirmed orders.

3. Orders and Contracting

Submitting an order via the website, app, or phone constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is only finalized upon the company's confirmation of the order (notification of acceptance).

For large projects (such as solar energy systems for buildings), a separate contract outlining the technical specifications and schedule will be signed and considered an addendum to these terms and conditions.

The company reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR).

Payment for products and services must be made according to the payment terms specified in the invoice or contract.

The company retains ownership of the products, and ownership is not transferred to the customer until full payment is received.

In case of late payment, the company reserves the right to suspend services or impose late fees in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Delivery & Installation

Timelines: The company makes every effort to adhere to delivery and installation schedules (e.g., responding within 4 hours for emergency maintenance), but it is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

Access to Site: The customer is responsible for providing safe and convenient access to the site for the maintenance team and equipment (including drones and robots).

Safety: The customer is responsible for not interfering with the technicians' work or tampering with the equipment during installation to ensure everyone's safety.

6. Warranty

Product Warranty: Batteries and solar panels are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. The company will facilitate warranty procedures with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.

Service Warranty: The company guarantees the quality of installation and maintenance for a specified period (mentioned on the invoice/contract) from the date of completion. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse, natural disasters, or modification of the system by unauthorized parties.

7. Liability

The company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or business interruption) resulting from the use of the products or services.

The company's maximum liability is limited in all cases to the price of the product or service paid for by the customer.

The company is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the customer into the estimated energy calculator via the application.

8. Technology & Data Usage

Privacy: We are committed to protecting your personal data and energy consumption data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Operational Data: The customer agrees to the company's right to collect and analyze system performance data (via IoT) for the purposes of proactive maintenance and service improvement.

Intellectual Property: All rights related to the application, website, and trademark are the exclusive property of Fleet Battery Company.

9. Cancellation and Refund

Orders for finished products can be canceled before shipment and a full refund will be issued.

Custom orders or systems that have begun manufacturing or installation cannot be canceled except with the company's approval and a deduction of incurred costs.

Battery returns are subject to the company's exchange policy and the condition of the product upon return.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

In the event of any dispute, it will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the courts of Muscat shall have jurisdiction.
